Steve Grassman

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Steve has been working in the lawn & garden category since graduating from the Western Washington University College of Business and Economics in 1996. For over 20 years he has worked in all aspects of delivering products to retailers from manufacturing, operations and logistics to marketing and sales. This diverse experience has provided Steve with a unique sales approach and the ability to understand and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Steve works extensively with Costco, Amazon and Fred Meyer/Kroger as well as a number of regional distributors, chains and independents.

Chris Starr

Chris has been working in the lawn & garden industry for over 35 years, starting his career at Central Garden as an outside sales rep and then moving into regional sales manager of Norcal/New England pottery. Chris has a strong background in building successful programs that benefit both the manufacturer & retailer. He handles all aspects of the accounts he calls on including sales, marketing and customer service. Some of the accounts he covers are Fred Meyer/Kroger, Bi-Mart, Central Garden, and Sunlight Supply/Hawthorne.

Karisa Bronson

Karisa has been working with Amazon and E-Commerce accounts since 2008.  She has a passion for e-commerce that has helped her to problem solve and grow with all of the changes that e-comm has thrown at the industry.  She has experience in all aspects of the business from sales to marketing to operations.  She loves the fast paced environment of the e-commerce industry.  Karisa works with Amazon and looks forward to expanding our reach.

Cody Rowe

Originally from Montana, Cody has spent the last 15 years working in retail, category management, customer service, merchandising and golf management around the Pacific Northwest. Cody is a 2011 graduate of the University of Idaho College of Business with a degree in marketing. Cody transitioned from a full-time golf professional role into retail management and category management in 2015 and has most recently served as the garden center Category Manager at Fred Meyer/Kroger. He prides himself on building lasting and collaborative relationships between manufacturers and retailers that work to benefit all parties. Cody is excited to bring his professional experiences and knowledge of the pacific northwest to LDSA with the goal of supporting current accounts and expanding the business.
